The Projek Penubuhan Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP) Serian is a landmark initiative funded by the Ministry of Human Resources with a total budget of RM150 million. The project successfully delivered state-of-the-art training facilities, administrative buildings, and supporting amenities, designed to provide high-quality industrial training opportunities in Serian, Sarawak.

Now fully completed and handed over, the ILP Serian stands as a significant contribution to Sarawak’s skills development agenda. By equipping the local workforce with essential industrial skills, the institute strengthens regional talent capacity, enhances employability, and supports long-term economic growth in the state.
