The initiative aimed to build a necessary access road in the Sarawakian Mukah Division. With a $40 million overall budget, Jabatan Kerja Raya commissioned this project. The building activity began in 2012 and ended in 2013.

This project's main goal was to provide a dependable and effective transport system to assist the major development project in the area, Tanjung Manis Main Halal Hub. The new access road aimed to enhance communication, facilitate the movement of goods and services, and stimulate economic growth within the halal sector hub.

The project's emphasis was on civil engineering tasks, therefore guaranteeing the building of a strong and premium road system. Supporting the strategic objectives of the Tanjung Manis Main Halal Hub, this project significantly helped the Mukah Division to develop generally and to be prosperous.
