Utilizing a design-build methodology, the "Naiktaraf Jabatan Pengimejan & Diagnostik Di Hospital Kapit Sarawak (Reka Dan Bina)" project aimed to improve the Imaging and Diagnostic Department at Hospital Kapit in Sarawak. The project, which had a total budget of RM 7 million, was commissioned by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. Initiated in 2021, the construction project concluded in 2023.

The primary goal of this initiative was to improve Hospital Kapit's imaging and diagnostic capabilities, thereby ensuring that the hospital could provide cutting-edge diagnostic services to the community. The renovation necessitated extensive civil and structural work to guarantee that the new facilities adhered to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and durability.

The project's scope encompassed the design and construction of contemporary imaging and diagnostic facilities that utilised state-of-the-art technology and equipment. This enhancement was critical in addressing the region's healthcare needs, improving patient care at Hospital Kapit, and improving diagnostic services.
