Ir. Ts. Hj. Noorazan Bin Hj. Morshidi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Structural) Hons. from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, completed in 2001. His professional affiliations are extensive, including membership in the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN), the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), and recognition as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer.

Appointed as Managing Director to the Board on 1st November 2008, Ir. Noorazan has brought over 22 years of industry experience, previously serving with notable organizations such as Eastbourne Corporation Berhad, Samado Sdn Bhd, Kumpulan IKRAM (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, KIP Management Sdn Bhd, and KI Integrated Consultants Sdn Bhd. His extensive expertise encompasses design, supervision, and project management of major development projects throughout Malaysia. His commitment to engineering excellence and innovative solutions has been instrumental in CPJ’s growth and success in the industry.

Ir. Noorazan is a Corporate Fellow of the Centre of Geoengineering (GEOTROPIK) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is also the honorable secretary of Gabungan Jurutera Perunding Bumiputera Sarawak (GJPBS).
