Ir. Ts. Norhafillah Binte Rosli holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, completed in 2009. Her professional affiliations include membership with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), and recognition as a Professional Engineer (PEPC).

She was appointed as Executive Director of Concept-P Jurutera Sdn. Bhd. on May 20, 2024. Ir. Norhafillah brings over 15 years of extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in project design, supervision, and management. She previously served in various capacities with organizations such as KTA (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., where she developed expertise in hydraulic design, water supply systems, and infrastructure projects.

Her leadership in delivering sustainable and innovative engineering solutions has been pivotal to CPJ’s continuous growth and commitment to excellence in the industry.
