Ir. Wong Sii Sing holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Hons. from the National University of Singapore, awarded in 1987. Ir. Wong’s professional affiliations are extensive, including his status as a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer.

Appointed to the Board on 1st March 2010 as Executive Director, Ir. Wong brings over 35 years of invaluable experience to CPJ. Prior to joining CPJ, he held pivotal roles at renowned organizations such as Dr. Y.S. Lau Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers (Singapore), Chiyoda Singapore Limited, Housing & Development Board (Singapore), Building Consultants Sdn Bhd, and Global Upline Sdn Bhd. His vast expertise spans the design, supervision, and project management of significant development projects across Malaysia and Singapore. Ir. Wong’s dedication to engineering excellence and innovative solutions continues to drive CPJ’s success and leadership in the industry.
