Ts. Abdul Malik Bin Che Hamid serves as the Executive Director of CPJ and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with honors from UiTM Shah Alam in 2002. Since 2003, he has held the position of Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and since 2021, he has been a Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Ts. Abdul Malik, with more than 22 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering consultation, has occupied significant roles at Sara Teguh Runding SAR (C&S Consultant), NAR Development Sdn Bhd, KIP Management Sdn. Bhd, and Wekajaya Sdn Bhd. He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in designing, overseeing, and managing important development projects throughout Malaysia. This showcases his dedication to achieving high standards in engineering and finding creative solutions.
