The project included the construction of a two-story lecture hall that could accommodate 460 students. This building served as a complement to the existing block located on a section of PT. 4262 land at the Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology (UniKL MIMET) in Lumut, Perak Darul Ridzuan. Comprising a RM4 million budget, Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) commissioned the project.

The main goals of this project were to provide improved learning environments and extend UniKL MIMET's educational resources to better serve the growing student population.
The scope of work encompasses both structural and civil elements, ensuring the construction of the new lecture hall with optimal safety and utility. Supporting the academic infrastructure of the Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology, this initiative significantly helped to produce qualified marine engineers, therefore supporting their field of work.
