The Pan Borneo Highway Package WPC 04: Serian Roundabout – Batang Skrang Bridge is a crucial component of the extensive Pan Borneo Highway project. Managed by the Perunding Muhandis Consortium and commissioned by Lebuhraya Borneo Utara with a total budget of RM 1 billion, this package successfully enhances connectivity between the Serian Roundabout and Batang Skrang Bridge—two vital infrastructure points along the highway.

The project required meticulous planning and engineering expertise to deliver a safe, durable, and efficient transportation route that meets the region’s growing traffic demands. Now fully completed, the highway section has been handed over to the client and is operational, marking a significant milestone in the Pan Borneo Highway’s development.
